HIGH-DRAW^® shielding tapes are NEPTCO's answer to the foil break-up problem in highly flexed cables. Constructed of aluminum foil and polyester film in various ply combinations, HIGH-DRAW minimizes foil break-up when cable is flexed or elongated. This resistance to foil break-up means that HIGH-DRAW shielding tape can be applied under higher tensions, resulting in firmer conductor bundles, more consistent diameters, and improved shielding effectiveness.

The elimination of cable scrap generated in some processes due to aluminum break-up, brings additional economies to manufacturing. Ideal for high flex, active cable assemblies, HIGH-DRAW is also the shield of choice for cables subjected to abrasive mandrels and dies where tension control is either high or problematic.
